Default clay bar FTW!!!

So a couple of months ago i was restoring an old tiller and painted it on a breezy day. later i noticed that there were little orange speckles of rustoleum on EVERY inch of my black truck.
I was mad! read somewhere that clay bar may work. so today i bought the mothers kit from advance.and 8 hours later, every dot of 3 month old overspray is gone! also my truck looks better than ever...smooth as glass.
FYI advance is running a special where if you buy the clay kit you get the mothers caranuba liquid wax/ cleaner FREE! its a good size bottle too(took about half to do the truck).
so if anybody wondered about clay actually taking overspray off...IT DOES! IM STOKED!

I bought the mothers clay kit to get rid of the road paint, and it worked like a charm, just make sure you use ALOT of spray to make sure it's lubricated.

You can't believe the stuff that clay pulls out of the paint. Even after all but stripping it by using dish soap. Dish soap removes a lot of stuff but the clay is even better!

Just ordered online from Advanced Auto Parts using the P20 discount code with in-store pickup (only 1 mile away from me) with tax = $16.26, good deal!!

Now have to find enough shade in the 95+ FL weather to get it done!

Ideally, I do it twice a year, spring and fall. Reallity has been a bit different though. Especially since I have two vehicles that are still in the "fixer up" category and a brand, spanking new one. Three vehicles is a lot of work and one needs a paint job badly. You can't clay bar rust! LOL
