You try clay bar?

o.K....I am so Happy...for total cost of about $35 I followed this Step by step and it worked PERFECT !!
I will definitely have pics up later !..took me about 2hrs....
Now it didn't come off quite as easy as the video ..it moreless smeared the penstripes into a Thin Residue, then I took a 100% cotton towel threw some GooGone on it and rubbed a little bit and they completely disappeared...

HEAT GUN!!! Slowly but it ALWAYS works. Then use goo gone or paint thinner to remove the left over goo.. But if you use thinner its wipe on wipe off. so you dont go through clear coat

I just did mine today. Passenger side peeled right off, driver side was stubborn we pressure washed part of it and thumbnail scraped the rest. Took a couple hours in the hot Oklahoma sun 105 today lol

Before

After

Used turtle wax bug and tar remover to get rid of the sticky leftover, couldnt find googone at the walmart here in the city. But I have some at my house 3 hours away where it wont help me lol

3m makes a pinstripe eraser. You can get it at NAPA. It's about $40 but well worth it. It takes all residue off. I removed pinstripe and a door sized checkered flag decal from both sides of the truck in under and hour. I will always keep one around. It also took off the nasty glue left from the clear bra stuff they put behind the doors and on from edge of bed.
