Default Tool box polish

I purchased a nice aluminum diamond plate tool box. I was going to clean it with soap and water but is there anything that will polish or protect it.

I just used car wax and a buffer. Turned out great and you can polish it with a dry cotton rag after wiping the wax off when it's dry

Here is it started, but its not fully complete. I got across the top of it and washed the powerball and was going to finish this past week. Things get busy and i got loaned out of town for a week so it has yet to get finished. I was just glad to be back in the ranger instead of the work truck.
