both don't work too well on heavily pitted plastic headlight housings. My stockers were horrible and had yellowing and heavy pitting and I tried a few methods(plastix, flitz, powerball mini, rubbing compound). This with the 3m worked by far the best and the lamps look brand spankin new.

or you can just have a buffer wheel with wax on it that dis the job for mine. before i bought it the owner did it and left scratch's on my truck like a moron. hand wax is the best way to clean your paint. it worked on the head light like a champ. it started fading again and then i bought some head light treatment at Walmart and i just wiped it down with my hand and that works great too. looks brand new again. its just sucks using plastic for head lights. glass was a lot better!!

When they get yellow I have only been able to get them clean with a buffer like in the video
I have always applied some wax to them afterwords and they don't seem to get that way again

my friend ordered me the Philips Xtreme power 9007's for me. should be in by sunday.
maker claims 80% brighter than stock halogens and people have given them rave reviews claiming the light to be "the best on the market today"
i will give my opinion this sunday, or monday
