I need a template to do the sticker since my truck does not came with a/c.

PLEASE, LET ME KNOW WHAT PARTS DO YOU NEED TO INSTALL THE A/C!!!!

Compressor
Accumulator
Hoses
Concenser

but, what about the underdash air box? I mean the one behind the glove box. Non a/c trucks has a manual temp. actuator (with a cable) but a/c trucks came with an electric actuator. Did you replace the whole unit? Thanks a lot man, I can do the sticker but Id appreciate if you can give a hand too!!
I'll see if I can get a template of the a/c sticker. I needed all the parts you listed plus the orifice tube, alternator wiring harness for a/c vehicles, and a HVAC panel with the a/c selections. (I probably should do a how to for installing the a/c). Interestingly some a/c trucks have a manual temperature actuator. That's the way mine was and still is. I have wiring for an electronic one, but it isn't necessary to install a/c.

Now I'll see if I can get you a template.

Interesting. I thought you need to convert to electric hvac to make it work.
Can you please make me a list of all the parts you need? What about the wiring to the alternator and compressor? Is it difficult to remove and install? Id like if you can give me a hand with that list. Im from Uruguay and its hard to get parts for american Rangers here, almost impossible man!!!

I design them in CorelDRAW and email them in cdr, jpg, tiff file format. You have to print it and laminate them

I'll get a list with the official names of the parts. You could change to the electric HVAC blend door but I've heard that the electrics in them go bad sometimes. The cable driven one is simpler and less likely to go wrong.

For the a/c you need
compressor,
HVAC controls with A/C option,
condenser,
accumulator,
a/c hose assembly,
a/c refrigerator hose,
evaporator,
orifice tube,
and a fan shroud for your engine size.
You need a condenser bracket/mount. I have no clue the real name of it, but it goes below the condenser and the condenser sits on it. And you need these seal things to go between the condenser and the front of the vehicle. And there is a rubber seat that goes between the top of the radiator and the front of the truck. These seals and the mount I don't know the official name of them, I got a lot of these little extra parts from a guy I know that parts out older Fords to fund his hobbies.

The alternator harness isn't that hard to deal with. There are 2 versions of them. One for non ac trucks and one for ac trucks. From the dealers they are expensive, so what I did is I took one out of the same year explorer. It was too short to fit my truck so I tore it apart to individual wires and combined my old harness with the ac wires of the donor harness. I did a factory install but I have instructions for an aftermarket kit that helped me with the wiring a lot. If you need it, I can send them to you, and I can send you some pictures and link you to the YouTube video that helped me.

Wow man, thank you very much for the time you took to write!

I know installing a factory look like system is not easy nor cheap, but im 100% positive I do it some day. I have plenty of time since winter is comming here, and 2013 will be a hell of winter here!!!!

So you say I can keep my manual HVAC heater knob? Thats good news.
Please, if its not a pita for you email me all the info you have, including that youtube video and/or any pic you have.

My plan is to gather all the parts nice and slow, as soon as Ive got everything, jump on the install, so Id appreciate if you can send me all the info you have/can.

That sticker is from older fords, but let me seek if i can find one from newerer model.

Thanks a lot for everything, count on that a/c sticker my friend!!!
