Lightbulb Your Truck Care Products

I thought it would be interesting to see what products other folks are using when cleaning, waxing and detailing thier your, car or airplane.

I use:

Meguiar's Deep Crystal car wash.
Meguiar's Deep Crystal Caranuba wax.
Meguiar's Quick Detailer
Meguiar's Interior Detailer cleaner
Meguiar's Supreme Shine protectant
Meguiar's Hot Shine
Eagle One Never-Dull wadding polish
Stoner Invisible Glass

Why: I don't know any better!

Here's one all of you will use once you've tried it. But I'm guessing most have never tried it..

you can use flour or baking soda on aluminum to remove oxidation much like an aluminum polish.... just put some on a microfiber towel and go to town

You know how some waxes are hard to buff off??

Well I use flour for removing wax.

Sprinkle some on the cloth you are using to remove the dried wax.
The hand buffing now becomes effortless.

An old man told me this trick many years ago. I thought he was joking untill I tried it.

It works AWESOME!!

And you use it dry..

I'm not sure what it's called, but since I work at a car dealership, the guy that did my undercoating and rustproofing used a sealant type wax that is unbelievable. I haven't had to wax my truck since because it still shines like new after a quick wash. there is some other wax that those guys in detailing swear by, I think it's called Cherry Bomb, but I haven't used it yet. As far as wax goes, I really like Turtle Wax Formula 2001, but it's hard to find now because they changed the name of it and it has to be ordered.
