apparently not because ever since i stopped using that damn duster and started using a MF towel I get no streaks.

1, the towel has to be clean, and 2, like you said you dont scrub the paint with it, i basically drag it over the surface lightly. and i only do it for layers of loose dust within a few days of washing. When the dust gets excessive and hard-packed I dont bother, cause theres too much of a chance that youre taking the particles and rubbing them into the cc. That also applies to the cali car duster.

The cali duster leaves streak because it has wax in it. Its supposed to work better the more it gets used.

nope I used it for like 6 years until the handle broke off. Now I use it to dust the engine. i know it works better the more you use it but i used mine for so long i think it started to work worse again lol

and besides, who the **** wants wax streaks? seriously. im never buying one of those things ever again
