Default Water spots!!

I bought a used 1999 Ranger XLT step side back in Dec. The previous owner kept the truck near the coast of NC. The truck has a lot of salt water spots in the paint.
I waxed it with some basic car wax after I bought it and that wax didn't remove the salt water spots. What wax can it use to get rid of these spots?

You need a good polishing compound to remove the water spots. Then apply wax after.
