Default Re: Headlights

I bought these aftermarket headlights and they are fantastic. Made by TYC and the quality looks to be very good. All the adjusters are OEM length and are compatible with the OEM adjusters if someone wants to swap. They come apart very easily with heat for any retrofitting and the cost is like next to nothing.

What bother going through all that grief and aggravation and money trying to restore 10 year old + headlights when these are available.

Not all of the headlights can be restored back to normal conditions, so it would be certainly better to get the new headlights. The Cheapest ones for Rangers are about $32 per side + shipping

And if you choose the restoration, this video may be helpful for you:

If you still have the OEM headlights see if the screws are longer.I believe I mentioned that in my previous post.

I just got the restoration done and grabbed a can of this for 4 bucks at Home Depot.. Since this comment was posted in July, I was just wondering how it was standing the test of time.

I'm no good for an answer there, i didn't manage to get mine done last year, but from what i've seen, others have very successfully had it stand the test of time.
