Default Wheel painting?

I'm restoring a 2003 Ford Ranger. It has the 5 spoke Ford mags that came with the truck that year. I've been able to sand off some corrosion that was on the mags using bodywork sandpaper, but I am unsure what the finish on the mags is so I can refinish them. It appears to be some sort of silver appearing metalflake paint. Is that correct, and if so, where can I get some so I can refinish the mags?

Should be powder coat. Parts stores carry duplicolor "wheel paint" that's close.

If you go with paint, deflate the tires a bit and use cheap playing cards stuck in between the rim and tire for masking.

I powder coated mine. They have to grit blast to prepare the wheel so the corrosion is gone. Also, my source scotchbrites the seal surfaces for the tire beads. They looked like new when done. New solid, chrome lug nuts. I did the rear brakes after this and painted the new drums with black caliper paint. Before and after:

would you mind sharing the cost of the 4 wheels to get powder coated. I'm thinking of doing it too if not to much.

$80 each. I give the powder coat source industrial powder coat work so he cut me a small deal. I think normal pricing is around $100.
