Default Water Marks

Anyone have any tips on removing water marks/hard water stains/mineral stains off of my trucks paint? One side of this truck was facing the weather, and it was never moved for over a year. So one side is perfect, and the other side has a haze that won't come off with a brush, but isn't an imperfection in the paint. How do I remove this?

A good polishing would help take it off, some rubbing compound with a polisher would work

Buff. As far as glass if it's on glass too. 0000 steel wool and window cleaner with a clean towel to wipe away

Sounds good. thanks guys for the help. I ended up going to Autozone and buying some polish and some bonnets for my drill. Worked pretty well for being on a budget, and the truck no longer has the water damage. Just shiny paint.
