You can use a heat gun for a temporary color restoration. Or you can do what many do and paint it with a product like SEM Trim paint. Good luck!

Krylon Fusion paint for plastics or if you feel like spending the money, SEM plastic dye.

What would be better the SEM or Plasti Dip? I want the matte look not glossy

your bumper looks excellant,since painted.
i need to do something like that on my 06,back to black only last a couple months.
when there painted they look like new,where do you get this SEM paint?????

Its SEM Trim Paint, i got mine at a local auto store that happened to have it. Not sure if Home Depot carries it or not i didnt even look there. Go to first few responses on this thread and someone sent a link for it. Thats exactly what i used and cheaper price too

Bringing up an old post but...

Glad you went away from PlastiDip. Stuff is cool yes, but everytime Ive used it, it only lasts for maybe 3 months then starts peeling from tiny holes from rocks. Looks much better now. If I may ask however, how many coats of the SEM did you use to do cover it, and did you put any kind of clear over it to seal the black in?
