this recent winter when i was scraping some ice off my window, the plastic scraper part busted when i was in mid-scrape and the metal bar scratched my window. can i do anything to get this scratch out or dull it up a bit so its not so obvious?

if you're fingernail gets caught on it... there is nothing you can do but replace the window. Otherwise (it does look pretty deep) you can search online for glass polishing kits (I recommend the Eastwood one) and you can polish it out. IF you don't have a buffer or pads.... you might actually find a window at a junk yard for cheaper then what the kit plus machine would cost you.
