So I would like to know if the spots on my rims can be removed and how. Also, if my exhaust tip can be brought back to life and how. Any help is appreciated fellas!

Turtle Wax Chome Polish. Worked for my exhaust tip when it got spotted and nasty.

Not sure on the wheels.

00 to 000 will take care of the chrome tip. On the wheels, that's corrosion from salt and/or magnesium chloride put on roads to melt ice. The corrosion starts at a chip or scuff in the clear coat on the rim, and eats at the aluminum, advancing slowly under the clear and making it peal. If you can get your hands on the good aluminum wheel cleaner, if they even sell it anymore, the strong chemical stuff, it reeks when you spray it on bare aluminum but rids it of corrosion (temporarily), it's the stuff that get's the job done and not the greenie approved stuff that seems to be just soap, this will lessen the visibility of that corrosion somewhat.
