Thanks for the recommendation STL, the Tuff Stuff worked
fantastic to clean up my center console armrest. It's a little hard to tell from the original picture just how bad it really was, but trust me, it was oily and gross. After using Tuff Stuff though, it look really
really nice again. I still might go back at some point and use a steam cleaner on the arm rest, and the rest of the interior, but Tuff Stuff did a great job on its own too. Literally, just sprayed it on and let it sit for about 30-45 seconds and scrubbed/wiped it off. Did that about 5 times total, and it's like a completely different armrest now. Doesn't seem to have affected the color any either.
