ya if you use the 3m kit right your lenses will come out crystal clear and look brand new

saskranger, you're lucky that that's all it takes. I'm not saying mine took much work either, the guy that had it before me didn't put a scratch on it, even the bed was spotless, and it DIDN"T EVEN HAVE A BEDLINER! crazy, I know, but its a beautiful truck.

brodie_laj: that's awesome, i'll definitely have to take a look into it.

yeah i like the 3m kit take your time. and dont worry when it starts hazing bad just follow the process

Mines a 99...i agree black is impossible to keep clean but i try to wax it twice a month. black box is incredible

Black is Beautiful! I think I do the wash & wax about every 2-3 weeks also.

My truck is a 98 with 175k miles and the paint looks damn near new. I'm going to have it detailed in a bit and I am eager to see how well it shines after that.

Ford sprays good paint on their stuff based on how well most of it lasts.
