Default '86 Ranger Radio Wires

Hi, I'm trying to fix my old radio from my '86 Ranger, but I can't test it because I can't get it to hook up to power and speakers. Right now, using the car is not an option, I've just got the wires to work with. I've looked up diagrams anywhere I can find them, but they all seem to describe wires that I can't find. I basically need to know what each wire coming out of my radio is supposed to be connected to. Here's what I've got:

Coming out of the right side of the radio, in a gray harness, from left to right:
-Orange with gray or some dark color dots
-Light blue with no other markings on it
-Yellow with black or gray dashes

Coming out of the left side of the radio, in a black harness, from left to right:
-Orange with blue or gray diagonal dashes
-Black with gray dashes (This one is looped around to have four electrodes that each go into a separate slot in the harness)
-Pink with a green swirling line
-Yellow with black or gray dashes
-Pink with a blue swirling line

If someone could tell me what each of these wires does, that would be excellent!

Sounds like common ground.
Black harness goes to your speakers. You will need to run new speaker wires.
Grey harness should be your power harness.

How would I hook this up if I don't have another harness that these ones fit into? All I have is a 12 car battery, two speakers and a positive and negative speaker wire for each.
