Angry New head unit help????

I recently got a JVC KD-x250bt and i couldn't get a wire harness due to the stock one being gone. I hook up the constant and the wire that powers when I turn the car on and the ground Nothing happens. I switched the power wires multiple times and tried one at a time and nothing happens. I'm starting to get pissed off and am about to just go pay $60 dollars for someone else to do it. Is my radio fried or the wiring? Also, I have a weird wiring set up. I believe the constant is green and purple and the power wire is black and yellow. Black is ground

No it's not. That's not what is charged for a deck install PLUS a hardwire.

Just get a printout of your factory wires and hook it up.

There's 2 power wires. Constant and Acc.

Constant power should be the heavier yellow wire from the headunit, it goes to the battery. Switched power is the red wire from the headunit, it goes to an accessory fuse or the radio fuse, in your fusebox.
