You need an amp to run the sub. The deck is all self-contained. The deck has a built in "amp" to power the four speakers in the cab usually around 50x4 amps. Depending on what type of music you listen to, crank it up, etc will determine how well your stock speakers hold up. Im sure they will be fine for a while, but will be well worth upgrading at some point. $600 is actually a decent amount to play with. You can get a good set up with that type of cash. If you plan to let Best Buy do the install dont forget to factor in the parts and labor cost.
I personally like pioneer stuff. Everyone has their own favorite.

JL is my favorite hands down, even there mid range stuff pounds crystal clear.
assuming your sub is going to be running at give or take ~300 RMS then your stock speakers should do the trick. Pioneer HU's (Head Units) are awesome.

when buying a amp dont forget that just because it says 700 watts doesnt make it 700w its really only like 350 give or take look for the RMS on the box. that will tell you how much power the amp will really produce
