i got a 99 and my seat is moved up a notch with a shallow sub (under 5" deep"
your gunna have to move the seat up a good amount to fit two full mount subs back there
i looked at putting 2 12" shallow subs behind my seats but dont want to move my rear 6x8
if the 08 is the same is my 99 u can fit 2 12s in a custom box between the rear 6x8 speakers but ud have to mount amp under seat

Ive always thought of welding a box into the front of the bed to house the subs, and using rubber grommets around it to affix it to the cab. Never seen it done but like I've said, its something that has always been in my head.

You could always remove your carpet and glass one from scratch. Its not too difficult. Not sure if you have 9 inches to work with though.
Here is a how to. http://www.hypersprite.com/auto/tech-z-006/default.asp
