I built the box today. It took 7 hours! It was too dark to take a picture of the finished product but i still have to coat the box in resin tomorrow. And hopefully have it all in a playing Monday night. But here's some pics.

Nah, I just painted the box in resin. Im trying to avoid a bed cover. When its all dry, im going to use roll on bedliner to cover the box and the bed. So when ever all that gets done ill start cutting.

Really hope that is 6 cubes gross, not 6 cubes net. 6 net would be pretty big for a pair of 12's.

How big is your cutout going to be? A blowthrough is a good opportunity to go bandpass, and it keeps the cut size small. Be sure to post plenty of pics and videos when it's done, I'll be tuned in.

The 6 cubes was before sub and port displacement. But the box well be bolted to the bed through the bottom of the box with 2,6 inch threaded rods. And im using a slider to slider accordion seal to bridge the gap between the cab and the bed. On the inside, im going to build a wall with a cubbie like slot to go in the cutout hole so it will cover up the seal and thats what im going to mount my amps to.

How long did it take you to cut it out, and what did you use to cut with. Are you glad you did?

I used a cutting wheel on a tool that looks like a dremel but it runs on air. But the air compressor was too small and It took and hour to cut the bed out. I used a jig saw on the cab. And yes im very happy with it! Its slams even on break in. I will turn the amp up this Saturday so It will be running the full 1500 watts.

Here are some pics. I still have to build the wall in the back and and hide all the wires. And that voltage is with the truck off. I have 14.2V with the truck running
