Default Subwoofer in between the seats?

Okay this is my first post. i was wondering if anybody had heard of or tried putting say a 10 inch sub in between the seats. Maybe cut out the arm rest and run a box from the bottom and angle it up, similar to the picture. And where could I get a box like that?

I take it you have a regular cab truck , if you want the sub between the seats it os going to have to be a totally custom fiberglass box to get the woofer to fit . You may even have to go to bucket seats

I would just use the entire bed as a enclosure and put 10- 14" subs there and turn it up till all the nuts and bolts came loose on the truck...

My buddy had a bench seat in his Ranger(still has it). He had a 10" sub, in a very regular sized box, just chillin in the middle of the seats? Custom..no way. It just sat there, worked well, and sounded great. I'm sure its not that hard to do..

I've done it with both a 10" and 12" sub. Just use a truck box and invert mount the sub (magnet out). I took out the arm rest and just have the sub there.
Here's what I've done. If you want other pictures to get some ideas I can try and dig some up
Can you a shallow mount sub and keep the arm rest

10" sub with arm rest out.

Thanks for all the ideas. Well what I was planning on doing was removing the driver seat and replacing it with a regular bucket seat with no arm rest, then have the box run up from in front of the shifter to an angle near the back, up to just below the window in an L shape.
