Default Replacing my 2002 AM/FM radio with AM/FM CD Cassette radio
Can I replace my 2002 AM/FM radio with AM/FM CD Cassette radio? Is there room behind the dash/bezel? Are the radios similar in size? Will it fit? Is the wiring harness connection identical? I know the it's the same size in the front with the standard Ford removal tool holes.

Yeah any deck will fit single or double din, 98+ are the same as stated above. You can get wiring harnesses and brackets anywhere. Walmart etc. goodluck

You will be better off replacing with an aftermarket Pioneer DD unit with USB input and iPod control, and change your speakers to much better more sensitive Boston Acoustic or Infinity.
