Use 3/4" MDF for any sub enclosure. If you have never made a ported sub enclosure before and know nothing about port tuning, do not attempt it. making a sealed enclosure is alot easier, just needs to be the proper interior volume.
What type music do you listen to most ?

The 12" CVR's will handle more power in a 1 cu.ft. sealed box, but will sound best in a 4.6 cu. ft. sealed box. Sooo... a sealed enclosure built to fit where you want it in your truck that is at least 1 cu.ft. interior volume but not more than 4.6 cu.ft. in volume (THAT'S HUGE !!!) The box you linked to above would be OK, if it was stouter. You have a pretty strong amp.
Recommended Sealed Box Volume:- Compact (minimum enclosure volume): 1.0 cu/ft; the woofer can handle up to 400 watts RMS (200 watts per voice coil)
- SQ (maximum enclosure volume): 4.6 cu/ft; the woofer can handle up to 300 watts RMS (150 watts per voice coil)

Are your CVR's DVC 2 ohm or DVC 4 ohm ?
