URGENT: 7" pioneer double din
Will this fit with minor trimming? Or will i have to get the smaller 5.5"
both are on sale at 399, so the 7" is a huge deal at $200 off vs $40 off the other one.
only on sale for 2 more days, i wont have time other than today to get it. so, urgent! will it fit?!

Do you mean it is a DVD or NAV unit ? That's not what makes it a DD.

It's a double din because it says it's a double din on their website lol.
But it does play dvd's as well.

That makes more sense. So many young people on here are calling a unit DD because it is DVD or NAV, not because of unit size.

Haha decided I want the 5.8" screen one instead. I like the fact the USB and aux jack are on the front and don't have to be routed somewhere else. Just wish it had a knob for volume.... Oh well!

Really? It took me a bit to wrap my head around it but now I like the idea of having my ipod/iphone concealed in my glove box or other compartment. Looks cleaner imho.

Thats a good point, I'd have to look in the ranger and see if there's somewhere to hide it closer to the driver than the glove compartment.
Where's the aux jack on the 7" one? Ive been on my phone all day looking at them do pics are tiny and hard to tell

The pioneer version of the extension is an additional 49.99. I think there is an apple-made verison for 15-20 bucks less.
