| | Is a tube worth it?
If I can get one cheap, is it worth it? and if it needs a replacement sub in it (I think 8", might be 10"), what sub (rating and such) should I go with..
Not sure of it's brand, it's a tube at least..
It's ported for the original sub that's in it, but the sub was replaced by someone already, and said it sounded like shit with the new sub in it...
What would i have to do to figure out what sub would work best?

I can give a reason.
The subs that come made with the Bazooka and other brand tubes are made just for that application and nothing else, and is the only sub that will sound right or work correctly in that tube.

True but you can find replacement subs or one that is close to it. For pretty much free like he is getting it for it is worth a shot.

no... GLH is right. Bazooka designs their subs for tube usage. And the only one to design them RIGHT. Sure theres a few knock-off tubes that sound like a 500lb man giving off flatulence in your vehicle... those are garbage. Wanna replace the sub in the tube... find a bazooka.

Goto Bazooka.com then goto the forums section. If it's a Bazooka you can upload a pic. of the tube & they can tell you which sub it is.
