Sick jump, but I personally would only consider it a world record if he maintained control of the vehicle after landing on pavement, and didn't spin out in sand.

I think the sand was a soft landing, momentum reducer before he could potentally hit the end of the arena. In the video, you can see the sand is just before the wall.

That is Tanner Foust, and it wasn't just the world record for truck, if I remember right it set the record for the longest wheeled vehicle as well
