Not to knock your choices, but dig around a little more. For the prices on those items you can get a little higher end stuff. Try Sonic Electronic or Woefers Etc., you can get some deals on those two sites that are in the same price range. Again, I'm not knocking, just trying to help your money last a little longer.

that amp is perfect for those subs because if you bridge the amp it will run 800watts to each sub at 4 ohms which the subs are 4 ohms and rated up to 1200watts
i have a complete alpine system in my 03 ranger. i have 2 12inch subs with one 2 channel 800watt alpine amp and i run 400 to each sub and thats is very very loud

Being dual coils, they will be run at 8 ohm or 2 ohms per woofer. (http://www.crutchfield.com/learn/lea...fers_dual.html)

I am pretty sure that is not rms value. Peak value does not mean a thing.

Since it is 250rms X4 I would assume it is 500 rms X 2. In which case you should be ok.
From here on out is an opinion (you are warned):
It's soundstorm. I haven't used them before, but have never, ever heard something nice about them.
The subs are a paper cone, are you kidding me?
And I think anything more than 300w rms should have a rubber surround.
