Question Brackets to mount Amps

Hey everybody,
So here is my situation. I replaced the four 5x7 speakers, i have a sub, and i have two JL Audio amp to power them (250/1 and 300/4). As much as I want to mount them to the back of the cab, it is probably not the best idea. Mainly because I work in a sketchy city, and I go to college in a sketchy city.

So my only option is mounting them under the seat.
My question is how should I mount the amp? I was thinking of bending some aluminum barstock to make brackets, and then screw the amp onto that.
Would it be possible/legal to attach the bracket to the bolts that hold the seat/track into the floor? Or is there a better way to attach them?

Im going for a clean install too.

Thanks

Under the seat... If you have adequate space for mounting and cooling
Just use "L" brackets from home depot

Remove seats
Measure and mount to floor
Mount amp
Run wires under carpet

Any issues with bolting them to the floor?

Make a little 3 sided stand that's like 3" tall. Mount the amp under it and run the wires through the side piece. Then mount all that on one side of the truck and you could still use the jumpseat.

Not quite sure where you are referring to. I am also putting a sub in the center of the cab, and I wanted the amps out of sight.

While I am at it, has anyone mounted the subs on the rear cab wall, without screwing through to the outside?

Take 3 pieces of wood. One that is about 2" longer than your amp, and two that are like 3-4" tall. Screw the two small ones onto the sides of the long one. Making a shape like so: l__l Mount your amp on the long board, drill some holes in the sides to run the wires through to make it look clean, then flip it upside down and set it like in front of the jumpseat or something. Amp is now hidden. Are you taking out a jumpseat and putting a box in its place? Or are you leaving both of the seats in there?

just make sure when you are placing your amps under the seat that they get ample air flow to not overheat, you can wire in small fans to help as well.

ive got my boxes screwed to my back wall. the screws just go through the plastic and stop short of the metal. probably not the strongest mount ever but i have had no problem with them like that and i live on a very rough dirt road and go off roading with them mounted like that.

I got some bar stock and I think I am going to create a bracket and drill it into the front seat mount bracket and brace the back of the amp, possibly lift it a bit.
And I am using a beefy relay so I have the option to add fans/LEDs without worrying about more wiring/power.

I bolted an angle iron bracket to the cargo net mounting bracket. The idea is to bolt the box to that.

Does anyone have feedback if I bolt two shallow boxes back to back and mount them in the middle, perpendicular to the wall?
