Default Good sub for XL cab?

If anyone has seen an XL cab, you know there isnt alot of room behind the seats. Whats a good slanted sub enclosure and shallow mount sub? Cheaper would be better

You mean a regular cab? XL's came in both reg and x-cab.

MTX thunderform is a really nice box....looks like it's a factory ford part. My little brother has one in his '01 XL Reg cab. The system whole is expensive, but I think you can get the box by itself...or score a system off eBay like my brother did...$100 for a powered MTX Thunderform.

Yeah, sorry. It's a regular cab. I have a home stereo sub in there now, but it pushes up the passenger seat quite a bit

Here's the 98+ Thunderform for a regular cab....in my little brothers truck. And he's 6'2" or something like that and he still drives it very comfortably. The seat isn't even hitting the sub when it's positioned for him...

JL audio w1 10" is your best bet. you might be able to fit one 12". depending if you want really deep bass you would need to put a ported box which needs to be bigger. might be very small customizations (jack removal)

Almost any shallow mount sub would fit. you just need the right box that fits, and also has the right dementions. http://www.amazon.com/Rockford-Fosgate-P3SD210-10-Inch-Subwoofer/dp/B000O3P2S8 this is what i had in my XL. i think the right dementions were 72cubis inches.
