For me, the best option was to build a box. I mocked one up with carboard first to make a test fit, and it worked out great. Cost me ~ 30 bucks and 4 hours to build a quality box and wrap it in vinyl.
I have never worked with any kenwood products, but I wouldn't persue the previously suggested because they are 5X7's and the 50HZ cutoff doesn't make me happy. Round woofers produce the most accurate bass and a 5X7 won't move much air. And, even with a 91 db sensitivity, 38W RMS won't get you very loud.
But first, have you put in new speakers yet? You will get some accurate and fairly powerful bass out of a nice pair on 6.5" component speakers.
