I didnt. I just spun the panel and it came off fine. You can push it off to the side and the panel will just dangle out of the way

lol that must be a sweet setup, its pretty close to what I am going to have. You don't have an amp? Does the OEmm 6 CD have more power then the 1 CD OEM? What would you classify as your sound? Good, Decent, Acceptable< Very good, etc? Does it have a lot of bass for a sound system with no sub and is clear?

It sounds real good, I dont believe it has a built in amp. I have to max it to get it real loud but its nice and crisp sound, and it thumps good enough for me. I used double sided tape between the speaker mount and the door so there wouldnt be any vibration and to keep the tin sound away. I want to get a small amp to push them a bit more but I have no idea what to get or how to hook it up lol

Lol, I know what you mean about the Amp, I am installing the new speakers and hopefully the amp today (monday) with my bro. If I figure out how he installs the Amp (he knows what he is doing) I will let you know. If I were you, I would suggest a 4 Channel Amp so that way all 4 speakers get more power. I am only using my old 2 ch. Amp since I already have it and its free.
