You can find a schematic which will tell you what every wire goes to, and then you will be able to hook up a new harness. Someone here will chime in with the schematic.

Most of the head units I've had had the schematic of what wire goes to what printed on the top of the HU.

Green or Black are usually ground
Red with a fuse is the power in.
Yellow or orange are usually constant power from the battery and connects to the head units memory wire to keep the Radio stations and HU Settings. This wire sometimes has a fuse on it too.
The other wires would be the speakers and can test with a battery. There may be a lights wire, but I don't know ford well enough to say it's color.

You can use a watch battery to test each wire to see which speaker it goes to. I find a dead 9v or dead AA works too. This is the poor mans method. If you have a volt meter or a test light that works too.

Be sure to label the wires as you go.
