Question Alpine CDA-105 Wire Question

I'm installing an Alpine CDA-105 into my 93 Ranger and I was wondering why these wires have weird ends? Basically what I would like to know is what they do, if they are necessary to use, and what I need to use them if I do. Here is what they look like: The wires have plastic bands around them with some words on it that I don't understand; I will say them from left to right.
P. ANT, REMO, ILLM, and IN INT

Thanks in advance!

Okay how do I connect these though since they have the weird plastic ends? Should I just cut it off and splice it normally? and should I use electrical tape to cover the ones I don't use?

The pink wire is an audio interrupt in wire, for a phone. I wouldn't cut away the connectors unless you just had to

Manual here!

Yea I looked through the manual and it's not very helpful haha. How do I connect those wires then? Cut the insulation off of the wire I'm attaching, put it inside the connector and close it with pliers?

They are just covered plug/jacks, in case you actually had the cable to connect to them. If you don't, yeah, you'll just have to lop off the ends or get the other ends and crimp them onto the ends of the other wire.

For example, the P. Ant (dark blue) wire would have a terminal that was on the end of a wire that went to the power antenna motor plugged into it.

I hope that made sense lol.

Yea I think I will just cut off the ends. I'm only using the remote and illumination wire.

If you want to keep the connecters you will need 2 male bullet connectors to fit , or you can push the plastic sleeves back over the connector and wrap the stripped wire around the connecter and solder it to the connecter ,then pull the sleeves back over the connecters. wrap it with electrical tape .
