Default Car Audio and Head Unit

I'm a new Ranger owner my first new vehicle, and I'm going crazy trying to set it up. Its a extremely basic 2011 2 dr ranger. I'm currently looking at getting the new JVC Head unit

I was reading someone else's posting on a more sunken in head unit, and was wondering where to find that at.

I'm also planning to get speakers. I don't need anything to extravagant because I don't have much money, but I want some kind of step up from what I currently have. I was looking at getting Kenwood speakers, but I'm definitely open to suggestions. I;m looking to spend around a $150. Wasn't so much looking at sub woofers, but if they'll improve the overall suggestion please let me know.

You can buy some adapter plates or you can just make some. It's really easy. You can mount the tweeter wherever. I just drilled a hole in my door panel and put them in there. Looks clean.

Go to your local wal mart and get a pair of Pioneer 6X8 speakers.
$57.88 +tax. and they will fit right in.(they even have "for ford /mazda) stamped right on them.
