7 inch touch screen
do you guys think i can put a double din touch screen head unit in my 99 ranger? thanks guys

Crystal clear head lamps. Clear corners. 5" driving lights in Valance. Mods to come: 'stang seats, explorer console, window tint, flowmaster cat back, some mild port work.

Go with a Pioneer AVH-p3200 DVD player. Nice little unit. I can get you a good price on it too.

personally i would go with clarion, better built imo, ive had a double din touch screen, clarion, for about 3 years now, no problems and i find the sound quailty better then my brother in laws pioneer

Well everyone has the opinions and what not but I run Pioneer and nothing but it. my parents have used it since there first car and now I'm using it. Love the sound and overall built/looks. Really sets off my interior. But again, everyone has different opinions.

Pioneer does make some pretty solid stuff. This is the AVH 4200DVD. This thing has been making some 192 kbit mp3's off my iPod sound like I might just be able to retain my stock speakers if I just re-rip everything at a higher bitrate.
Of course that's not what's gonna happen. I'm just saying that I'm impressed. Input flexibility is all there. It lets you add other stuff later such as GPS, satradio, etc in separate modules. 'bout $480ish
