Question Removing factory radio

I'm working on taking my factory radio out and I already did a search and this might be a dumb question but could someone tell me how to remove the big black wire in the botton corner of the radio? I tried pulling but it won't come out and I don't want to break it. Do I just need to pull harder?

Sorry for the bad pic
