i am a fan of the kenwood amps. I have the 9103D powering my 4 kicker cvrs. Best amp I have ever owned.

Hmm, Whats your budget first of all.

Well really for your uses pretty much any amp that does around 200 at 4 ohms will be good. I'd look for a 2 channel and bridge it cus otherwise you'd be wasting money on power you wouldn't be using.

These are all solid amps

Thats powerbass would be my pick. Just stay away from the boss, pyramid, pyle ,etc crap thats out there.

I used to run a Crunch amp for my stuff. Don't know much about it. It was a 4 channel. Got it from my brother. I had it powering 2 door speakers, and then bridged to a 12" shallow mount pioneer sub. I took all that stuff out and have it laying around my house now, but it used to sound good for me. They make good amps. Never had a problem with it.

If you are just looking for an amp for the sub woofer , get a class D amp with about 400 watts . they are mono blocks , very efficient, and have a small foot print , most of them have a built in cross over , and high level inputs ,

my understanding is that if you match RMS value between your amp and subs, use large enough power/ground wires, ground the amp well, use shielded RCA signal cables and don't run the power/signal cables right next to each other, you'll end up with a nice setup regardless. You've already got great subs so that helps tremendously.

Have you ever heard of using a audio system capacitor as a reserve power source for your amp? It's supposed to store power and release slightly more of it quicker than the battery can release power during big bass hits.
I bought one just on the notion that it'd help my amp take it easier on my charging system, to eliminate a tug of war between the amp and the rest of my electrical system. The sizing rule is 1 Farad per 500 Watts RMS. I'm not endorsing them to you like I know for certain if they are necessary, just sharing what I know so far.
