definitely go with a kicker cvr, I threw a 12 in a 2 1/2 cubic sq ft ported box behind my drivers seat so theres still room for someone to sit in the back and hits really good for what it is. actually sellin the sub though if you are still lookin hhaha

If you have buckets in the front, maybe you can remove the center console and build a cutom one that goes between the front seat all the way to the back wall. Effectively creating a console for the back. Then put one sub facing rearwards mounted just between the front seats, and the other facing forward mounted in the rear. Then install your amp in between.

Something like this.

ive got 2 12's in a custom built box that only takes up half the back seat if you do want to keep one jump seat. its actually cheaper and sometimes better sound quality to build your own box because diffrent subs need diffrent amounts of cubic feet. if you build a box the to subs exact specs, that allows the subs to reach peak performance. check out my pics to see pics of the box being built and done.

yeah i was thinking about building my own too, it would probably be really low to the floor and wide almost like a false floor with supports in it so it will be out of the way and strong, i could make the subs downfire through the bottom too to keep them out of the way.

relatively shallow, i was thinking about making the box so that the back seats will fold down and touch the top of the box if need be, that should give me a lot of space if the subs call for it, if not ill just make some crazy looking things that fit on either side of the back. hahaha i have so many ideas flowing through my head!

I have the same exact setup with the 4 door jumper seats know one can barely fit back there anywhey and you want to put subs and a amp back there and behind the seats theres not but like id say 4 to 6 inches so that would do anything. the flase walll thing can you explain that more

well for the false wall thing i was thinking about pulling down all the trim and plastic all the way to the back metal, and building a fiberglass box that is slim all the way in between the seats, but gets wide where the jack is now. so the whole idea would be to stuff 2 subs in there and make as much aire space in the box for the sound quality. its not going to be easy by any means but i think it would look sick and give me the most usable space.

I don't know about that, there is only maybe 1.5" at the most from the plastic to the metal. I don't know if that would be enough to help.

yeah that is true but i could also make the new wall out of fiberglass come out 1.5-2 inches giving me 3-4 inches of space inside the box, plus ill make the box come out towards the front of the truck in the middle for the sub, so then i have 2 subs stuffed in it, divide the air space by 2 (each sub gets its own air to prevent distortion) and i should be able to get about a cubic foot per side. minus the sub in the box thats plenty for the rockford fosgate punch 10" subs.
