Default Post Speaker Installation Help

Well i got 4 JL Audio TR's today and installed the front two when i got home. They hooked up and fit perfect and when i turned them on they worked perfectly for about 30 minutes. At low volumes they still work perfectly but if i turn them up (15 or more on the headunit which isn't super loud) the left driver side speaker begins to buzz and cut in and out but i can crank the passenger side speaker up as loud as i want and it plays fine... any ideas on what to do?

the connection between the new speaker and the stock speaker wires is snug and not loose at all.. is it possible that the connection in the back of the headunit is loose?

I would check the connections at the radio just to eliminate that.

yeah thats a possibility but i dont think so because it actually was doing the same exact thing with my factory speaker and i thought it was blown so i just used that excuse to get 4 new speakers (been wanting to do it for awhile) but now it seems like that wasnt the problem...

im gonna go check the radio connection this afternoon and then ill post up the news after i do that

I use a metal ruler as a "christmas tree" popper. I just start at the top and work my way around the outer edges to pop the upholstery clips out. Then I just let the panel hang by the seat belt.

All done!! Thanks for the help everyone. I got all 4 of them in and they sound great in my opinion they go ALOT louder than the stock ones and there really clean.. Wouldn't expect anything less from JL
