Man I love everything Si makes. If I had too much money... They are currently working on a new version of the BM line which should be pretty neat

Gonna be putting a Jl audio w3 10 in my brothers Mercedes along with all new speakers and head unit. Pioneer or alpine headunit and not sure yet for speakers. Haven't done anything to the Mazda in a long time.

Running stock for now but as soon as the funds are available (in a couple months hopefully) I'm going to be pulling the trigger on a Pioneer AVH-290BT head unit, 4 Pioneer TSG6845R 2-way door speakers, a Rockford Fosgate R500X1D mono amp and an MTX Terminator Series TNE212D 1200W, dual 12" sub enclosure. Read good reviews on all products and I figured that set-up is enough power to give me the clearest sound and best bass I want without my neighbors hearing me a mile away.

There's an 18" peavey black widow locally for $150. I really want to buy it, cut a big hole in the back of my cab and run it IB. If I was still 20 I would have done it already, 36 year old Me is far to level headed. 😕

Yeah but his are in a box! He didn't have to cut a big hole in the cab to use them.

The box build for those 24's is sweet

Nothing crazy right now. Better than the half blown factory shit I currently have though. I'm going to build a simple downfire box and eventually I'm going to bedline the box. Hopefully soon, but my schedule is getting busy.

Probably going to use some nice binding posts, I don't want to use a shitty terminal cup or just push the wire out a small hole

I love the abilities of a large sub but I'm just not willing to give up the room anymore.

Now that it's finally nice out and I can rebuild the truck I'm going to a single 10 sealed. And a 'quite' one at that!

Don't want to give up room you say? Exactly why I got this bad boy
I need my cargo area too much. Just when I go shooting alone, I can barely fit my kids in once I'm loaded.

Hard to get a good picture, but it's a little thinner than a 3M super 33 container
I got the grille too

Mike, i like the look of that thin JL sub, that should bump pretty good!

Johnny that's a sweet looking blowthru! very nice work for a DIY project. Any chance of getting some truck bed shots to see the backside of that beauty?

Might be selling the 10w6 I have and possibly buying a set of type R 10s in a large ported box for the trunk of my little brothers Mercedes.
