Hopefully selling this kicker L7 and the probox I just bought soon. Posted them both on Craigslist for $200 Obo a piece. Hopefully they will be gone soon so I can order the skar 10s and box

Getting my three 10's on Saturday and will probly start with the box on Sunday, maybe. Depending on if I get the wood or not. Still haven't even drawn the box up yet.... oops

i have a buddy who has 3 skar 10's in his extended cab Tacoma and they hit very hard

I'm doing the VD10 "shallow mounts" in a 3/4 mdf box under the rear seat. On the cab 1600.1 amp at 1 ohm.

Those may be what he has, I'm not too sure but I know they look similar

Yeah hope they are gonna play good. They aren't gonna be in a huge box. .6cu sealed a sub on a cab 1600.1

selling my kicker L7. Hooking the quantum up for now till I sell it. Will probably order the skar subs in the next couple days.

Not gonna order the subs. Went to the local car audio shop. They just became a skar dealer and are getting their first shipment tomorrow. They are getting a couple vd10s and he will give me them a deal at $110 a piece and match the price online. So will be picking those up tomorrow. He has prefab boxes that are 5/8 mdf and only charcoal color. Gonna order the tan box from Randy's prefab in tan. It's 3/4

You need a custom box man they are worth the extra money trust me

Are Q bomb boxes good? Can get a Q bomb for the truck for $100 shipped to the house. Shop wants $200. Thought I read somewhere they are 5.8 mdf.. The Rodney's box is 3/4 and carpeted.

Not sure of those ones Casey, the pre-fab one i bought for my SA-8 i got from mobile sound works it worked pretty good for the setup i had then.

It was tuned pretty good to, when i checked the box dimensions and port length in Torres calculator MSW said it was 35hz, ended up being just under 34 after sub disp. according to the program.

Yeah I'm going sealed because the space I have. The qbomb is $60 cheaper.. But the other is 3/4 mdf and also tan carpet to match the truck. decisions decisions lol also the qbomb states it's .7cu and the other I believe is .65cu
