I've always wanted sundown and every time I've bought a different name brand I regretted it. I was going to get a sundown x8 but decided to go with the 12.

You know nothing of quality if you only think they're "eh, good". But, we've already addressed that in the past

I'm 5'9 and my seat is all the way back and I could still use some room.

I don't drive far from the steering wheel. I like to drive mid way which is exactly where it's at with the speakers. Even when I have the subs out I leave the seat where it is.

Re: Show Your System
Systems on hold, sending the damaged x10 back (on their dime) and upgrading to a 10" Z4 rev2 D2 LMNOP
Exact rms rating match for the sub & amp so it should they should last awhile while kicking some major ass
Now i just have to wait probably another month on a build list, sure hope i get bumped up due to my situation.

Actually, they are mislocated and poorly positioned. MTX makes good amps. All I have to say about them.

In a Ranger, where is a good placement for the tweets? Im asking as I am ditching my 5 x7's and going with components.

got these today. The 1000.4 will power my Type R components and the 2600.1 to power the subs, which will be swapped for some Sundown SA 12's
