They will be out of phase, the midrange/bass might sound a little weird from the speaker going in when it should come out but it shouldn't damage anything. I think you also lose a bit of output capability.

My new gear came in yesterday!

The sub compared to a gallon of milk.

Hard to believe its only a 10" sub

That's a big surround! It's like Dust cap -> Surround.

Awesome.

Awesome.
There is less than an eighth of actual cone showing on the front betweent the surround and dust cap, it is kind funny really.

30+mm of xmax demands a beefy surround.

It looks like the 1500 z.3 series but they told me it was a custom build.

Those of you who have SiriusXM in your truck, where did you run the receiver to? Because I'd rather not drill through my roof to get it up there, but I will if I absolutely have to. I ordered a tuner and receiver last night along with a parking brake bypass.

You should be able to just run it up to where your windshield meets your dash and just center it there.

Whoa whoa whoa...drill? You're talking about for running the antenna right?

If so you have 3 non drilling options. 3rd brake light, door boot, and engine bay through grommet in firewall. You can tuck the antenna wire in the windshield seal if you go up front

Friend of mine is looking to put a new system in his '06 350. He's looking for something around 75 w @ 4 ohm for speakers and around 400 @ 2 ohms for the sub. Suggestions?
