Nah not as small and low-current they are. I wouldn't think so.

1 JL Audio JX 500/1D monoblock mosfet class D amp 500 watts RMS at 2 ohms

I'm actually wanting to get a amp for them to complete my stereo system. You can go to my thread and throw in some good amps to get and prices.

Re: Show Your System
Im currently building the system in my ranger since ive only had it since friday lol.
Heres some vids of my 2004 ford f150 though. I have had a bunch of systems in this over the years and this was by far my favorite. 4 sundown sa10s on a saz3500 at .5 ohm.
A couple of small hair tricks
heres a video with a good view of the box
TickleMonster here on the forum personally helped me at a car show where I metered a 148.7db at 32hz in the f150. This year, im going for 150db+ in the ranger

Just for your education -
Your subwoofer isn't bridged. Your (coustic ?) 2 channel amp's output might be bridged. Not sure about the 600 watts.

I'm not into them so much. It's enough boom for me. I put the power to positive on one channel and negative on te other channel. Made it sound louder. It's 300 per channel so I figured its putting 600 to it because I had an mtx 10 and was doing normally on one channel then I bridged the amp I guess and it blew in 20 minutes. It was 400 max. This kicker been going like that for a year. All I know is I turn my stereo setting on loud and turn the gain up a half turn and its deeper than any ten I've heard.

You need a lesson on setting amp gain and general overall setup.
No such thang as 'max' or 'peak' wattage. Amps and subwoofers/speakers should be matched by using RMS wattage specs.

X2. Subs need a almost perfect match to gain the best results possible, my amp and sub both max at 800 but rms is 400. You can distory you sub with to much power and to little power, subs are made to move a certain amount you need to keep it in that zone

Almost correct. Too little power will never blow a subwoofer. If thats the case then then we'd all blow our subs from turning the volume down.
