Tylor - nice setup. Throw a 2500 on it and see how it does.

The particle board will work it just has shattier properties as far as resonance and rigidity when compared to mdf. Its all good though...you work with what's available! I also don't think it'll be an issue with the power and equipment you're running. Regardless setup looks nice.and the beauty panels give it a nice clean fit.
I'm running the 1500 @.5 nominal now. I have thought about getting another an strapping at 2 ohms.

My sub I have facing sideways because I can't close my cover with it up and I'm too lazy to turn it for the picture lol. The amp is tucked away behind my jump drivers side jump seat and the red looking lights you see at the bottom of the first pic are actually amber strips tucked under my dash... my mood lighting lol

I literally just took all those lol

Oh and thank you. Not as clean as yours I've got my audio cable running all along the back of the cab wall and that sub fits no where lol

You could make it all cleaner if you wanted. But if it works and sounds good thats all that matters.

I know by either cutting this box up or getting a new one but not only do I not have the funds but I don't have the tools and time.

Clean installs are the only thing you will ever see with me. With all of the wires for computer and audio stuff in my room I have zip and twisty ties a plenty, and in my truck I either have all of my wires under the carpet or along the seam on the back wall. Even my current ghetto sub install is super clean. It's always something I can look at when I'm done and be proud of.

Lol if I'm at someone's house and I see messy wires I automatically start untangling and organizing.

I am this way also. I'm currently irritated by my CB coax.

I'm the same usually. I just don't have the energy or time to finish it like I want.
