What amp you running Sean? If I had 3k watts I'd be running bigger than 4g. Hell I'm running about 2000w and I have 0g.

as long as u have the remote u can do the bypass sequence its easy if u hook it to an auxillary tv through the outputs bc that screen wont be blank and u can see what your doing. You should be able to find the bypass code for your model through google and u just have to be patient and keep on till u get it right if u dont have another screen.

I want two 12 kickers and another 800 watt pioneer amp but I'd settle for some jl audio subs or just another 10" extreme

And I gave up on replacing them panel things, they are the long ones and are a bitch to get out especially when I can't feel my fingers lol
