The type of system in my F150. I want to keep my factory headunit and SYNC. From my research theres not a harness available that will work on a 2013 with the 4.2" screen so everyones been using a LOC to install subs.

Get a good one. I hate using converters. Or using high output on the amp. I think it doesn't sound that good. I need to order door speakers. Just don't wanna buy them lmao

Ahh, didn't know about your deck situation. In that case... http://www.audiocontrol.com/car-audi...-upgrade/lc2i/ for subs or

I'm not making a competition system just something small to give a small to moderate amount of bass.
Personally I've run 2 BOSS kits. Seemed like good quality.

size of the system has nothing to do with it. Cca corrodes and can cause fire.

I haven't had an issue with the cca wire I've used. That's what in my truck now. Ofc is just so expensive!

Re: Show Your System
CCA is just fine as long as you cover up your connections with some silicone or other anti-oxidative coating. I prefer OFC not because of its higher ampere abilities, but because of its malleability

Re: Show Your System
It may lift the seat a little but it fits.
And I'm gonna have to get subs with small cones. Very small clearance between the floor and box.

It's not overpriced for the quality of sound. They have a few. The only 2 worth looking at are the 12TW3 and 13TW5. I'll be putting a 13TW5 in mine, I don't pay retail either though. I know a lot of the kids here love sundown and other DB based brands. JL is American made and made for SQ. I've literally heard those brands side by side and there's a night and day difference in the SQ.
