I didn't have to with my custom box. I did, because they were not even remotely functional, and by taking them out i could slide to box back a little further. So basically with a custom box, you do not need to remove the jumpseats, but they will not be useable.

Need the model numbers of the subs to tell you anything about them but they look like they are in a sealed box, which is common for Kicker.

Good subs? A guy wants to trade them for a cd player in selling for 50 buck. There kicker 10's. Thats all I know. Was wondering if they are worth 50 or more?

Yeah with the two subs and the box, definitely worth over 50. And if you get an amp too then it would be a plus. They aren't the latest model of the comps, but check them to make sure they aren't cracked or broken anywhere.
