Yes. Power your rear speakers off the rear speaker outputs of the new Pioneer headunit you get. Or get a 4 channel amp. The Kicker door speakers aren't ideal, but they do need rated power to be good.

Should i connect it to my door speakers or the subs? What do yall recommend?

A mono amp has 1 channel and is for powering subwoofers.

Kenwood x498 head unit, two 12in Kenwood shallow subs and Kicker dxa1000.1 amp. Also, four 5x7 Rockford Fosgate 5x7s in the doors with a 2ch amp under the seat.

Cheap setup for my jeep mud truck. Crunch amp I had laying around. 12 inch mb quart onyx series in a sealed box. Got the sub brand new off sonix for $15 and $35 for the box. It sounds good. Now I gotta mount the amp somewhere it will stay cool.

Just picked up a 12 alpine type s dvc 4 ohm sub in sealed box with an alpine Mrv m500 amo for $40. Gonna turn around and sell the sub and box with a crunch amp I have and keep the alpine. It's missing one of the covers to hide the wires. So I'm gonna have to find one. image-1038461595.jpg

I currently have a kenwood double din and stock mids and I have a digital designs 9515 on a digital designs m3b wired to .75 ohms. with 2 red tops and 0 gauge its in pos temp box until I finish my electrical and build a new one. Im trying to find a high output alternator for my 07 2.3L if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Hey guys. So the cold season is here. -15 today. I know rubber gets stif in the cold. Should I not use my subs in the cold until the cab warms up?

I think i am going to be getting Dual BP1204 12" 1100 watt illumination Bandpass Subwoofers & also upgrading my speakers to Kicker 07DS680 6x8" coax speakers this summer. I will for sure be doing the speakers, but not sure if i want to spend the money on the subs. Do any of you guys know if these are any good??
